Food and Wine
The Gascony region (Gascogne) has a wide variety of regional cheeses, superb wines from Bordeaux to Cahors, foie gras, truffles, confits, fruit, fish and meat producers. Our cruising area is a real paradise for those who enjoy a rich culinary tradition. Should you wish to, our chef will do his best to meet your preferences or dietary requirements, and should it be the case, we will be delighted to celebrate your birthday or anniversary with a glass of champagne and appropriate dessert!
BreakfastBuffet continental breakfast with fresh breads, fruit, cereals etc.
LunchLuncheons are buffets of colorful salads, pates and cold meats that may be accompanied by hot soup or entrée, delectable desserts and a different selection of regional cheeses and wines daily.
DinnerAlways a gastronomic adventure by our talented chef. A taste of regional cuisine by candlelight, harmonizing food and good wines from the best vineyards; followed by a selection of regional cheeses. Coffee and liqueurs served in the salon.
CookingMeals are prepared with first-class fresh products, and will vary according to itinerary, local markets and seasons. They will be served as you wish, in the dining area, on the sun bridge. Gourmet dinners will be served according to French tradition.
WinesWine and food are a natural combination. So we have carefully selected a wide variety of prominent white, rose and red wines from Bordeaux vineyards. Amateurs will appreciate meeting and sharing the knowledge of local wine makers.

CheesesCow's, goat's, sheep's, France offers a wide variety of cheese's: you can taste a different one every day. We will not ask you to choose between cheese or dessert, we'll simply say: try them both.
